• Group bookings exceeding 10 people will require an additional waitress.
  
• The job start time is considered from the booked start time, regardless of client punctuality.
  
• There is to be no physical contact with the models.
• Once a deposit has been paid, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
• Privacy and Confidentiality: All client and event information is confidential. High End Society guarantees discretion and privacy regarding all bookings.
• Payment Terms: The full balance for services must be settled before the event begins. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the service without a refund.
• All models are subcontractors, and High End Society is not liable for any injury or damages.
• Waitress bookings require a minimum of two hours.
• No contact details or social media information should be exchanged between clients and models.
• For bookings outside of the Sydney CBD, a travel fee may be requested for the models.
• In the event a model cancels a booked job, a suitable replacement will be arranged.
• Conduct and Behavior: Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour at all times. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
